Energy Replenishing Audio Sequence

Relax in 7 minutes with this prerecorded audio relaxation technique that was used for over three thousand years. The Relax software includes breathing exercise and awareness rotation that was shown to be effective in alleviating insomnia. Lay down on your back, spread feet slightly, arms alongside of the body, palms are lying down on top of one another covering ether the solar plexus. Make sure you are comfortable and have no unnecessary tension as you prepare to begin the sequence. Place the PDA on the pillow, click the Relax button and follow the directions of your personal relaxation trainer to fall asleep fast. No headphones necessary.
